Earl Peters: Why having an ADA-compliant website matters
Earl Peters has been in the technical writing and marketing communications industry for more than 20 years. Originally from Michigan, Earl is a graduate of Kalamazoo College, and completed his graduate studies in Germany.
He began his technical writing career at Bosch Automation Products, developing manuals and marketing materials for industrial automation equipment. From there, Earl continued his technical writing career at JohnsonRauhoff, a small communications agency in St. Joseph, MI, where he managed the User Experience team and led technical communications development and strategy for several Fortune 200 clients, including General Electric, Whirlpool, Bosch, KitchenAid, and others. After nearly 19 years at JohnsonRauhoff, Earl took on the role of Editor and Communications Manager at Lane Automotive, where he is responsible for a wide range of both internal and customer-facing communications.
